How can I track my order?
You can track your order here. Shipment tracking details will also be emailed to the email address used during checkout once your order ships.


Can I update my delivery address once an order ships?
An address cannot be updated once an order is placed, however orders shipped via FedEx or UPS may be able to have their shipping address changed, or be held at a specified location for pickup. We ask that you contact the carrier once the tracking number has posted to determine if a modification is possible.


How do I cancel all or part of my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed as the shipping details are immediately sent to our warehouse for picking, packing, and shipping as soon as possible. We ask that you receive the items and return the part of your order that you wanted to cancel.


Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to the USA and Canada for orders placed at goabode.com. Customers in Canada are responsible for VAT and/or customs fees. All duties must be paid on the doorstep upon receipt of the shipment. If the recipient is not present at the delivery or the outstanding amount cannot be paid, a collection invitation may be left for the shipment
